I wouldn't be so sure about that. the problem is that the expansion of islam is mainly the moving of people, whereas the expansion of christianity is the spreading of ideas, rather. is it not true that in all christian communities outside of europe, christianity is blossoming again, gaining new power? just take a look toward the americas, where more and more people are taken in by the church. it seems to me, rather, that europe is the one not being afflicted by these tendencies.
