my nordic kitchen makes the best greek food in town.
I have some experience with danish food, though, as I've spend quite some time here by now. the most danish of dishes is flęskesteg, roast pork with the thick pigskin rind being the special treat. all flanked by, in my opinion over-boiled, potatos, carrots and a heavy, brown gravysauce. christmas eve, danes eat this with red cabbage, choppped and boiled.
I'm no big fan, but it has its charm. I suppose that there is a norwegian equivalent dish. am I right, thore?
