What I want to say, I don't think that the idea of separate nations of England, Wales and Scotland (and maybe Cornwall) is something very marginal. Uniting with Ireland on contrary is much more marginal and not very sane.

It's gaining momentum, but it's still far from being there. Only time will tell.
I've read that suppport for independence in Wales (I think that it was independence, not devolution) is about 16%.
