The main problem is the English immigration which is strong (50% english in Cornwall ?). Except this, national identity is increasingly strong if we judge the parties and political movements for the devolution (
Mebyon Kernow,
Cornish Constitutional Convention, etc.).
Even some English imagine independent Cornwall in the future... :
