The names coming from the pathological extremes (Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder), but meant are normal personality variants which just show certain similarities, schizothymes-zyklothymes and all forms in between make up the majority of the healthy populations psychotype-personality type.

Thats the hypomanic or hypomanic influenced personality of the zyklothymic spectrum, after Kretschmer and the German school a normal personality type, but partly already close to a manic personality. This type is indeed the classic active Pyknic, the more passive is the subdepressive.
