Hm... Just look at pictures of Cossacks and try to find non-white admixture. Very few, actually. Most of them are Terek Cossacks. Cossacks are just ex-Russian and Ukrainian peasants. Certainly, there is admixture but to associate Cossacks with Tatars is ridiculous.
