Croatia tops ITF Davis Cup Nations Ranking

Thanks to its victory in the 2005 Davis Cup by BNP Paribas Final, Croatia is the No. 1 nation on the ITF Davis Cup Nations Ranking, dislodging 2004 Champion Nation Spain from the top spot. It is the first time that Croatia has risen to the top of the ranking, and it is also a jump of three places since the last ranking was issued following the Semifinals. At the end of 2004, Croatia stood at No. 11.
