Just ask American doctors, which I had opportunities to do, about their problems with immigrant-borne diseases. It's a whole new branch of American medicine, and very costly too. Diseases of which they had never heard or had just mentioned during their pre-graduate studies, now are an everyday occurence. In the respected "New England Journal of Medicine" there is a weekly quiz and the most impossible exotic cases come almost every week.
There was also a story of an Hindu woman in a plane to USA, who had TB: due to air circulation in the plane, almost half of passengers got TB (a highly virulent, multiresistent strain) as a result.
If this is a cost of globalization and cheap international travel - then I prefer to stay home. Preferably in norther Norway, where no black will care to live due to cold and darkness. Our ultimate refuge?
