Very interesting part of "Geschlecht und Charakter".

It`s unbelievable how much fascinated the young Weininger was by the Jews and Judaism. Not less fascinating is, that after all his beautiful wors about Aryan strengths, genius, creativity and religiousness, he himself chose to shoot himself in an age of just 23. Too much fascination?

Another little comment: It`s a pity that many people who don`t like Judaism and Jews generally don`t know of some of Weininger`s opinions (citates from the above text):

"The purest Aryans by descent and disposition are seldom Antisemites"

"The aggressive Antisemites, on the other
hand, nearly always display certain Jewish characters, sometimes apparent in their
faces, though they may have no real admixture of Jewish blood."

"we hate in others only what
we do not wish to be, and what notwithstanding we are partly."

and

"The Aryan of good social standing always feels the need to respect the Jew; his Antisemitism being no joy, no amusement to him."
