Doh.. my brother spent 3 years in Japan and came completely japanicized. Mind you.. even a fish would take over his mind. No great deal. I had one Jap for Christmas Eve dinner at my parents this year (two last year). Nice people. The come bow their heads, salute, and pack back home.
Oh.. and I do like Japanese food because you can see it is fresh.
