It's best in cold climates. There's no better way to heat up.
Actually, sunlight seems to have a positive effect on libido. Even on a sunny, summers day here one starts to feel a bit frisky. It also might partly explain why northern Europeans apparently go sex-mad when holidaying in sunnier climes......although copious amounts of alcohol might also be a contributing factor
