His Ukrainian is very good. It is amzing that this guy can speak it or learn to speak it so well yet some Russians can't.
I heard a joke the other day.
They asked some Russians what they thought of Montreal after having lived there for 6 weeks.
They complained .... because the Montreal City-dwellers still haven't changed over to speaking in Russian.
