It would be useful to remember that Mussolini and Prefect Mori almost destroyed organized crime in Sicily( not only in Sicily),
they kicked their asses OVT of Italy. Who didn't finished shooted or 'vanished' escaped in USA...

after war they were well gifted in expense of italians... these are the facts.
I don't believe at all
that that people will come back to Italy again, for various reasons..
