Default Re: National revolutionary?

Most European nations have no need for revolutionary movements. The mechanism for change is in place, called democracy. The hard bit is waking people up. I have a hard time with my close friends. I debate them pretty often and usually have them concede to my points, but the thing is, a nationalist point of view is deemed somehow juvenile and regressive by the current socio-political elite. People seem to be somehow ashamed, that such rhetoric appeals to them.

Anyway, as I said, revolution is useless/unnecessary. When the people wake up, there can be reform with completely legal political process, and a revolution doesn't work against the will of the people, not to mention that in this age armed revolution is completely impossible and unforseeable anywhere in the EU. Weaponry is key; how can a lightly armed militia go against government forces, with state of the art technology? No can do. We just have to keep bringing out our point of view. These 'revolutionary' movements do nothing but more harm. We have to form a legitimate and credible representation, one that can and must be taken seriously, and we must attempt to de-demonize nationalist ideals.
