it is intimidating indeed. I am not that intimidated by countries such as Syria,Iran,etc. But mostly by China, because they do have the potential to cause some serious damage around the world. China right now could challenge countries like Japan and Australia, but I don't think they could challenge a big coalation like NATO or the US army. But the US army is already involved in multiple fronts.
