Well, I just noticed this forum was hurt to death and... you know, French issues are like the water of life. Although at first thought I wondered to post another constitution, but then I realized the French one concerns to a higher number of Europeans.

Dictadures tend to appear as a final solution to difficult situations which extended more than a day without bread, so I think it couldn't be unviable at all, but of course it wouldn't be the dictadure we have now in mind.
