I think this Constitution is probably the best republican one France have ever had (First Republic : chaos; Second Republic : leftist; Third and Fourth Republics : parliamentary and weak). I'd like to remove Titles IV and XV though.
It could easily be turned into an authoritarian government with - for instance :

This article was used by de Gaulle in 1960-61, and he could have turned 5th Republic into a dictature if he had had the will to do it. I guess it shouldn't be too difficult anyway.
