ZYklop: I think the problem is that the disease is spreading to people who are completely innocent. Why? Blood transfusions, for example, which have been donated by HIV infected people who nevertheless are not examined and by junkies who sting innocent people with infected needles.
My answer would be to put them all together lined against a wall and shoot them. It's a damn plague, and it cannot be stopped unless it is contained.
