This makes no sense: how could somone talk about Britain without ever having heard about it?
According to you then no-one can possibly write a serious history, all we can hope or is one set of national lies and myths over another. The problem though is what happens when it is a national of that country who is writing the criticial history and attacking the myths and lies?
