A Prime Minister? That Chirac is as much of a crook as it can be expected from him. He should have been the first in resigning.
BTW, last I've heard is that the 'nee' for tomorrow in The Netherlands in approaching 60%.
And also comments in the direction that I've pointed out before. I.e. they might finally make some aesthetic ammendments to say that they've listened and that they are changing what was wrong, and pass it velis nolis.
One argument that they may use to force the approval of the constitution is to save the the E.U. from a crisis.. hey.. how about a poll on this?
