It is revolting the way they are trying to frighten the people to have the constitution approved. They are threatening the people: either you vote our way, or you will be in deep trouble.
In Spain there was no campaign for a "no" vote. Even the official announcement of the referendum was a shameless campaign for the "yes" vote paid by with public funds.
