ΕΥΤΥΧΕΙΤΕ!
Dear Mr Curzon Biggles, I think that difference is obvious between German and British moral during II WW.
For the instance, Greece was a great Ally to Britain. We fought Germans desperately serving interests of Allies. This Greek battle was against Greek interests! At the end of war, during final days, British bomb our citizens in our main port of Piraeus killing t h o u s a n d s of inocents. The reason simply was to destroy big quantities of ammunition which German left behind in order to discourage local communists to use them in their -already become visible- fight to seizure the government after Country's liberation.
Germans never bomb neutral Countries NOT EVEN GREEK CITIES when Greece was an enemy of Axis and Germany.
Axis, over all Germany, had a very moral Leadership at all!
After war, after was happened against Greece because of its involvement standing by the Britain, latest didn't hesitate to treat in the wrong way the case of Cyprus and KILL A LOT OF GREEK FREEDOM FIGHTERS, without any moral! Have a look in your press last three days where is clarified that also the turkish invation against Cyprus ( 1974 ) actually, was a project of British Foreign Office.
Kindest Regards!
