The EU will fall apart of its own accord, like any other political monstrosity. Probably the worst thing the EU could have done was admit the eastern European nations, as nationalism is very strong in countries like Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and the Baltic states. They see through the machinations of Brussels while many in France, Germany and Italy openly endorse the Union, blinded by so-called privilege.

An additional strategy would be to develop grassroots organizations that buffer the effect of the EU. Neighborhood coalitions (associations of sympathetic tenants, landlords, etc) to reject immigrants from moving in, economic and consumer organizations to promote local goods, etc. Get priests involved, etc. The new Pope seems to be against the loss of European culture. Don't forget allies and fall into the typical radical trap of counterproductive sectarianism and endles schisms and infights, while the opponent remains monolithic, determined, and organized.

That sounds like an excellent idea.
