That would be a long shot. With the way many European countries' economies and unemployment rates are going, most families couldn't afford that many children. This is ESPECIALLY true in Italy, where we are still struggling with the Euro (I only speak for the south when I say this. Can a northern Italian possibly enlighten me on how the north is doing?)
I wish we could all have 10 children and catch up with China's population!
