When I was in the Czech republic I ate some Saurkraut and Dumplings, it was absoloutly unreal!!

ive tried making it here at home since but I cant get it right. I like the Ghurkhins the mainlanders like to use as well. Big slices of beetroot. MM. Im hungry now.
Here in Ireland, you cant beat a big pile of mashed potatos with peas and gravy and fried onions. or4 plain old tea and toast is great too.
Holy smoke Im really hungry now.
