Interesting....well I know I definately don't like it. Istria and Dalmatia are Croatian territories, were such for very long times and especially in Dalmatia Croats were by far majority to any other minority. Istria had a bit more balanced population with still Croats being the biggest population pool there. So I don't know based on what Istria and Dalmatia are "rightfully Italian"...
