Well, not exactly. I sometimes go outside the city (I live in one of the biggest metropolitan areas in NA

) to some German or Dutch farmers to get some good organic food. These are farms though, and I'm sure you meant the smaller cities.
Sure, it doesn't cost a fortune, but it would certainly add up if I were to maintain an organic only diet.
