Game meat, being more oxygenated than farm meat, has a stronger taste. That is called
sabor bravío here, taste to braveness or wilderness. You need to tame that strong taste, either by leaving it overnight in something like vinegar, or by cooking it with a nice and thick sauce.
But with that bambi, I would say that tenderness is assured. Yum!
