Default AW: EU Opposes European Ban on Nazi Symbols

Yet no call of a Europe-Wide ban on Communist Symbols? What about the gulags in the USSR? Do those millions not matter because they weren't 'the chosen people'?
Symbols are symbols, if some is offended by merely a symbol, slogan, or gesture, then them. Nobody has a right not to be offended, or did the stupid EU make that a right?
