This ranks among the most vapid and idiotic public statements it has ever been my displeasure to endure. This person would have us believe an "image problem," i.e. public relations, exists anywhere within the same sphere as such an infinitely more vital question as whether a given society should allow its people to express thier political views and act accordingly? I might suggest that Occupied Germany would face an "image problem" in the event it banned a political party on the basis of the other, at present more electorally successful parties, simply not caring for it.
And what the Hell kind of a nation bans its own peoples' political parties at the behest fo a foreign nation?
Why, none at all, of course.
