America was founded on a form of Nationalism, that is, a common unity of states that share a common cultural, and country. This Nationalism can easily be seen in the war of 1812, but changes after to a different form after the Civil War, and changes agian in the early 1900s. You are wrong however, nowhere within the American law or constitution does it state that all men and women are equal regardless of nationality. The Bill of Rights of the USA only applies to American citizens. You are confusing the Declaration of Independence with that of actual US law. The Dec. of Ind. has not legal baring and was only protest agianst the king of England, stating their reason for rebellion. It is nothing more than a relic of the American Revolution and a pretty museum piece.
Why do you favour multiculturalism?
Why do you think that equal reasources would prevent immigration? What types of resources? You do know that current areas that are getting massive immigrants are the areas without very many resources, and the third world countries are the ones with mega-natural resources. The third world countries are the countries with massive emigrants. You did know that, right? How then does your opinion, that equal distribution of reasources would prevent immigration, hold water?
