Do the people in your village know that the history of Communism doesn't place any racism on African, infact the opposite is true. They are racial, social, economic, and political (etc.) egalitarians, and would welcome all into their Commune/Utopia. Perhaps they think they are communists, but are really a type of racist (maybe nationalist) socialists, like Portugese National Bolshevik, or National Socialists. Don't know, but the people in your village seem like they need to meet some other so-called communists, and see what they are labeling themselves as. Is the communist party of Portugal, racist or xenophobic?
