Maybe this is practice in places where cost-cutting is key but from what I was taught and from what I understand, it would be considered a biohazard and would have to be disposed of properly.

edit: By the by it would be illegal to kill a baby once it's come to term, that would be euthanasia ^^. Anyways, you have your laws mixed up I think, mate </end edit>
