Indeed that's the game, you have described it perfectly. However, I think a party's ban can never be positive. Most nationalists are well aware of the vicious circle you mention, none really relies on the system to bring itself 'democratily' to an end. At least, a party that works like the NPD (not like the Spanish ones) allow you to have a presence among real people out of the internet. On the contrary, a mere party's ban, at least if the party is relatively small, will never be a trigger for massive mobilization of the people (that might be the role a much deeper social crisis). Did the recent ban of the Vlaams Blok lead to massive demonstrations and strikes in Flanders?
