I would welcome a bann. Maybe the people will finaly wake up and see that playing their game leads into nothing. Thats how the system keeps you buisy. Bann a party, let a new one be created, keep that one under observation, control it with infiltrators and spys, if it gets to big - ban it, let a new one be created, keep that one.... ad infinitum.
