There is no such "Indo-Iranian" forum and we have been doing alright with a very limited number of non European members (included Muslims) posting, subject to their respect of the European ethnic boundaries.
In the case of Exeter, I told him 3-4 years ago which limits he should not trespass and he has respected the decision since then (on Skadi he was allowed to pass as a Swede, having the Swedish flag in his profile).
