Blond hair and blue eyes are hardly qualifiers to be Germanic or Celtic. Hair color doesnt have much to do with that, to be honest. And, who says those Germanic or Celtic areas of France arent French, just because they are historically Celtic or Germanic? French isnt a meta-ethnicity, and there is no reason to think the French ethnicity cannot contain several meta-ethnic components. At least thats my opinion.
