I rather would say we have two different individuals mixed together here.
Louis XX is the young heir, the Bourbon with a Spanish accent (very comical situation btw if we refer to the origins of the Spain Bourbons

), the living mummy would be then late Henri d'Orléans, the Count of Paris (the Bourbons Orléans)? The Count of Paris' son, Henri, is the new heir of the French branch (has a son named Eudes de France).
