The law system we have is corrupt, I don't trust in it, I rather follow common sense. If you borrow the money you should pay it back, end of the story. If cou can't, don't borrow it from the wrong people. I mean, ok we live in multicultural society which is dangerous, but I don't see this to be excuse for acting stupid.

If this was civilized society following laws, he wouldn't get drugs in the first place!
