I know, my question was meant rhetorically...
Not too long ago the Bavarian party CSU (Christian Social Union) sent "election helpers" to nursing homes, to help elderly people to do the right vote. The CSU won of course - at the same time the bastard state of FRG sends the army to Congo to observe and guarantee "fair elections". It is ridiculous how FRG officials dare to criticize Bangladesh for not having a seperation of powers (checks and balances) whilst the FRG continues the NS law that says judges are "Weisungsgebunden" - means they are bound to orders and supervised by the minister of justice...
