It's happening already. The price of cereal derivatives has already increased in some countries, due to the replacement of these harvests by the cheaper to raise alternatives for the production of biofuel.
And the current emissions of CO
2 in the region of Brazil due to deforestation, are alarming to put it mildly.

But no one --included Gordon Brown-- is going to do what it takes to stop this madness. Because what it takes would not be
democratic and it would hinder free trade and globalization. And ultimately to put a stop at the demographic chaos around the world.
