I agree with you.
Plus, a lot of the Italians were confused about the invasion of Greece. For example, my grandfather and some men from the era I have interviewed told me that during this time, Greece was studied a lot in school. The Greeks were seen as the racial and spiritual counterparts of the ancient Romans. It left a lot of Italians confused as to why we should invade this counterparts of ours?
