What you are smelling is not any "moralist perspective from above", what you are smelling is just your own feeling of guilty conscience. You know that this will of "returning to innocence" is impossible and futile. Deeply in your mind you know neo-paganism and Gaia stuff are marketing and placebos.

(Not joking this time)
Well... you don't have a clue what I want to do. So don't pretend you know it. You could speak for yourself, frankly, honestly and in a way that contributes to a respectful discussion. But you don't. Instead you come on with stupid characterisations of people you don't know and don't want to understand. Just because it suits your worldview doesn't make it right. It could be your worldview that is lacking. And noone is demanding of you to understand anything here. You could just stay out of it. And speak for your self. How about it?
