I would introduce quotas for tourists, when they are too much they ruin everything and create social distortions, expecially in poorer countries.

Personally i try to go where i can find the lower number of tourists, in order to visit a "real" new country and not a beach that is similar to all the other touristic beaches in the world, for example.
