Modern psychiatry is deplorable.

The very American practice of pumping people full off mind-numbing drugs, spending hours of 'therapy' in which patients are forced to look for sorces of their problems, mostly searching for traumas that may have never occured. Finally the person has convinced themselves that they're disordered and dysfunctional beyond help, ultimately resulting in them becoming even more dispondant, rather than 'recovering'. And so the cycle continues.
