I profoundly despise the French Republic (except the Vth, under De Gaulle's rule, who was a genuine king). And you are right, since two centuries my compatriots are brainwashed with the cult of the 1789 Revolution, they can't make any distinction between France and the Republic, so they were taught to in school. They all dream themselves as revolutionaries. Very wrongly though, since that in a Republic, the revolutionaries are, for an example, royalists.

Very hard task indeed. Your basic French so-called nationalist is nothing else than a IIIrd Reich admirer, who knows nothing about France, and only refers to Mein Kampf... It's depressing sometimes, I have to forget about individuals not to discourage myself.
