I've never read so much balderdash in my life... Well, that may not be true. But using IQ as a proxy for 'racial' (a concept impossible to define well) intelligence is trouble. The crime chart is similarly laughable. Why do the Blacks (as if they were one genetic group to begin with) do so well in Barbados, but so poorly in US? Why do Australian Aborigines do so badly all around, and yet are related to mainland Asians, having nothing to do with Africans? The realm of human behavior and human intelligence is exceedingly complex. Simplifying it to a few races is pseudoscience at its best.
