I agree with you two here.
They're creating division and somehow support conflicts in Balkan, but in the same time they are the peace-makers who keep different ethnic groups apart. They create this tensions all the time so they can keep their asses in Balkan under the mask of peace-keepers, but in reality they care about their own interests which is creating a connection between EU and Turkey trough some puppet states.
It's the game between the big ones and modern imperialisms and it's always the small (or smaller) nations' interests that suffer.
As for this "Slavic" thing, Russia (by that I mean their politics not nation of course) doesn't care much about Serbia and "Slavdom", but about their own interests too. Once again they use "Slavic brotherhood" as a mask for their imperialistic ideas.
