It is clear That you mixing History and UFOlogy.
It is true that they have found in a Mesopotamian site something very similar to a Volta's Battery but keep in account that:
-We did not inherit directly from them as its use was completely lost and we had to wait till Volta (re)Invented it in 1799
-The "Sumerian battery" was not created for producing or stocking electricity, it is currently held that its purpose was to Inoize metals for some forgery purposes (that's what I red somewhere)

Indeed? Name them.
No historian ever wrote or said verbally and in an explicit way "Sumerians were not Indo-Europeans" for the simple reason that it is a redundance.
Just read any of J. P Mallory books (Probably the leading authority in Indo-European Studies) he clearly puts Sumerians, Egyptians and Minoans out of the Indo-European Sphere. So did Gimbutas, so Does Collin Renfrew and other authorities

What's Indo-European about Egypt? Just because they found some red pigments in Ramses II Mummie's hair? Because in Tutankhamons tomb their found a wooden box containing a lock of queen Tiye's hair being auburn in colour ?(and that Mr Howard Carter noted in his notebook that hair most probably suffered depigmentation)
It is very well known that even black hair can have red pigments inside and moreover, that red pigments are more persistent than the pigments responsible for Black, brown and blonde hairs: otherwise how is it that most of remote "nordic" mummies from The Americas, Africa or Asia -excepting some of Tarim Basin mummies whose red hair was their life colour- are usually red and never blonde?
Here you have an interesting article about hair colour changements in mummies. Allthough the article is mainly related to mammoths, the author clear explains that same processes affect human hair
archy
Ancient Egypt was produced by different local cultures + some influences from Near Eastern agriculturalist who were anything but IE. Racially was a compound of Orientalids, Saharids and some Negroid accretions.
The alleged "Indo-European" influcences in Egypt might be those of the Hyksos whose invasion dates the end of middle empire (more than 1000 years after the begining of Egypt civilisation) Yet, who say that they were Indo-Europeans, beside some scums from Storm-Front? As far as I know no reasearcher had attributed them with certainity and IE origin.

Now I begin to think that you either are mistaking Indo-European with Europoid, either you are mistaking Indo-European with "White" in the WN sense
