Ok, so if I am not wrong, you were referring to those who said they would like to live in another era/were born in the wrong year etc. whereas by regress I meant corruption of values, social conduct and so on. Going literally back in time of course is not possible and even if it were, it would be anachronical to a certain degree IMO.
